4 stars: I didnt have any problems with the ordering process. Overall its a good app and the delivery drivers are fast. I do wish there were more restaurant options but overwell its good and easy to use
3 stars: This is the only app that delivers milk tea but I don't think I'll use it again. Delivery fee is VERY expensive. They do have a promo of $15 off for your first order but delivery was almost $20. You get charged extra for using credit card too - other forms of payment are alipay and wechat pay only. Yes, they do offer discounts but it's not worth it paying so much for delivery fee.
5 stars: Pros: Delivery time is reasonable. Online customer service is responsive. Lots of coupon to use. (1 to 2 coupon for each order range from $3 to $8) Cons: Limited number of restaurants. Delivery charge is high. Extra $1.5 for online payment.
