3 stars: The app functions as it should but there should be an issue or memory leak somewhere. Very frequently the app starts lagging and requires a force ending of the app to clear the cache. It uses up to 3gb ram. When I just start the app it uses a few hundred mb only. Another issue is when the job ended, it logs me out of the app. Using pocophone F1 with latest os and updates.
5 stars: I hope grab can pay more attention to the interface speed on the application because when I receive an order the application suddenly stops and then runs normally again after I turn off the application first. and in the order grab express there is no number of how the work has been completed. if possible make an interface on the application that makes it easy for drivers to run it. Thank you
4 stars: After update, why was the feedback for passenger was not user friendly? Unless previously where I can choose like or dislike the passenger (then provide reason), however this time the interface didn't show anything after trip (only dismiss or submit button were shown. Even worse, when I want to rate passenger, only 5 stars can be given and not less than that, this is clearly misleading on the driver point of view on passenger.
