5 stars: So, the interface is one of the best ones. Also, the people who are working on this app did a great job. You will never regret about using this app. It completely explains you the way your body feels at the current time. Also, the thing what I liked was that it could be synced with Google fit.
4 stars: My only disappointment is, when I've completed my 14 hour fast, in full, it shows less hours some days on my chart. Other than that I love it, easy to use, reminds you to drink water and the clock course down and let's you know when you fast is complete 👍
4 stars: Really useful app. I like that it shows the different stages of fasting and the processes occurring in the body. I might be missing something but I would like the option to automatically repeat fasting each day instead of having to input it each day.
5 stars: Easy to use after you get the hang of it, is not great at keeping you accountable if you don't have the drive to do it in my opinion but it's worth it. I like that it tells you the levels of the state your body goes into while fasting and I really like that.
