4 stars: This thing is so secure you can't even log in! Brilliant. Zero risk. Everytime I leave the app to get the verification code in my email it returns me to the password screen, requiring another code. This cycle is infinite. Updated and it now works. Thanks! The app looks good, but please add the ability to manage family prescriptions in the app like on the website. Then it would be 5 stars!
3 stars: I thought this aspect would be great! I can get a prescription history without calling it in. NOT. Doesn't work, and then my phone got hung up so I had to close the app. It looked like the pharmacy part worked, and I'm glad that Loblaws finally has health included in an app, but, I wasn't able to ask Shoppers to contact my Doctor to request additional refills , so I still have to do things the old way.......
3 stars: This would be a great app if the prescription section includes the other person I manage prescriptions for. I guess I'll have to keep using the web based option. This is useless for me if I have to do prescriptions through two different platforms.
