4 stars: I like this app a lot! It's nice to stay updated in.. Life stuff! So thank you, so much! However, everytime I look at my own story, for whatever reason, the app goes blank. Like, my screen goes white, and freezes there. It's not too much of a problem, because all I need to do is restart the app. But i just wanted you all to he aware! Thank you again!
4 stars: A good app that I can talk with people! Though I have a problem because I forgot my account password, I did the usual by typing my account name because I know that thenI clicked on the send link to email then it sent it to another person. Then I tried using my phone number but it says it doesn't exist. I don't know if I have been hacked but please help!
3 stars: When I'm on a call, I can't leave the chat without the video going away. It used to be in the corner of my screen, and the app has permission to show over other apps. Because of the fact that the video doesn't stay on the screen, the call will end randomly. I also can't see the number of views on some of my videos. Please look into these issues and fix them.
3 stars: Been using it for a couple years now I love it. Recently it's refusing to send my messages and when it does, it takes a long time. Sometimes I won't recieve any of my dms and I can't see people's stories. It doesn't refresh at time as well. All of my other apps are working fine so I know it's not the Wi-Fi. It's becoming very frustrating.
