3 stars: It's an okay apllication. The only thing I don't like is for to enter the password. I'll explain. Everything I want to buy tickets It logged me out, the password has to be reset everytime even though I know my password. The application is updated and still does the samething with my password.
3 stars: Can not find my tickets every time I click my account it goes back to the main screen on my phone i have tickets for June they were there yesterday but now they are know we're to find them as well I asked for them to male them to me and payed for them and still not have received them orders them over a month ago
4 stars: I cant even check my events. What a horrible experience. Id be so irate to show up to an event and try to show my digital tickets at the door. But what do you know....app doesnt work.
3 stars: Ticketmaster was working properly but now it is not. Everytime I click My Events, it abruptly ends the app. I tried everything to fix it. Uninstalled it and installed it. Cleared cache. Nothing.
