4 stars: In general, a good app that helps me communicate with classmate and teachers. Sometimes having issues with opening the chats and not being able to write, which lowers the score a bit.
3 stars: Decent app, but there are a couple important things missing: 1. Dark mode should work everywhere. Unfortunately it doesn't work in the most important place, the chat room. 2. The ability to edit and delete from the app would be wonderful. The website can do it, the app should too.
3 stars: Meh. Opens the chat and lets you communicate. Features on the full website like reply, quote and notifications are all missing from this app. No added value over using the mobile site instead of this app.
3 stars: App crashes sometimes out of the blue. Also, give option/setting to disable sending a message with pressing enter, rather have a button for it.
3 stars: Not good for having a conversation. Notifications are not in sync with the chat. Through browser is better. Shame.
4 stars: I'm getting new message notifications after I view the message and it is annoying. I am aware of notification settings. I do want to have notifications for which are not viewed yet.
