5 stars: Convenient and super nice that it has everything all in the app. One stop shop. The service fee is annoying but I don't see anything outside of matinee times really and I'm a crown club member so it all works out. You can watch trailers for all movies and no need to look up individual theatres.
5 stars: Needed to change the movie time after already purchasing my tickets. Was able to do so with the app in just a few seconds, no hassle or extra fee. Great deal considering I just spent 20mins on the phone with the movie theater trying to resolve this same issue (with no real help btw) before realizing it could be done with the app smh. Get/explore/use the app!
5 stars: Fandango is a great app. It always works. You can see trailers, plot summaries and rotten tomatoes reviews. When you use the app to buy tickets, that works efficiently. There's a service charge, but it's not excessive. I recommend this app.
4 stars: Great app for movies, just wished that it updated the pricing to reflect all of the deals from the theatres near me. AMC for example has discounted Tuesdays and Thursdays but I can't use Fandango to get these special rates. I have to go to AMC directly for them which is inconvenient when I have fandango credit I want to use. It works for some theaters but not all.
