3 stars: The app messes up a lot. It freezes and sometimes takes a while to update. Also the maps feature is terrible at times. It also freezes and I have to restart my entire phone in order for it to work right sometimes in the middle of trips. Payment is meh... Some trips are worth the time/distance and they rip you off. When it surges its good though. Would I recommend? That depends on your patience and tolerance levels...
3 stars: The app is full of bugs, it should be tested much more, the GPS is going crazy very often, guaranteeds are not always received, also the support is awful, you cannot find a lot of problems and you are not allowed to type your own. If the app would be better tested it would be a 5 star review. Still needs improvements. Also I have tried to clear the app's cache.
3 stars: Their should be an update of time and distance counting on desktop of the application where you can see how much time \u0026 distance you have driven. Both driver and rider will be satisfied because they are viewing their distance and time. Then application should astimate what the fair is. That's my personal experience. If it is possible then it should be updated in coming days.
5 stars: It's extremely easy to accidentally accept trips while waiting for a request in the background. I cannot multitask or communicate with family because the app pops up a request in the middle of my work and I end up accepting a trip I don't know anything about. If there's a better way ...
