4 stars: I travel for work and often work evenings and weekends from my hotel room. This app lets me watch/listen to TV on my tablet while I use my hotel room television as an extended monitor. I don't understand why Spectrum doesn't allow all available channels in a paid plan to be accessed from the app, but I still don't understand why they only have single room DVR either. It is what it is, and I really enjoy it.
4 stars: Generally a good app and I use it often.I've had it for years and it's generally gotten better and it seems like the connection problems are better. However one major gripe is that you can't use your phone to record a program. it says the same thing and it said the same thing for years not available try again later. If that option doesn't work just remove the damn thing and quit pissing people off
3 stars: I always enjoyed the app. But lately, I am so disappointed. It keeps buffering, I'm unable to watch channel even when I'm on Spectrum Wi-Fi. And even channels like Fox and NY1, which didn't really require Wi-Fi to watch them, are unable to watch. Fix it
