3 stars: Good price, but they added a feature to charge an extra dollar per meal, it's called a tip, and there's no confirmation screen, so if you click it by mistake, too bad (customer support said I have to click the right box). Anyway, decent price on food, gotta be careful about tip, bad customer support - not just my case, but a friend got ripped off when promotion didn't get applied.
5 stars: It's gotten better over time and works great. Easy to use and a money saver.
4 stars: The app itself is fine, but the underlying service is bad, at least in Seattle. Most restaurants serve very small portions. I'd much rather pay the full price for each meal (without the subscription) and be able to grab a meal without waiting at any restaurant nearby.
3 stars: Their customer service is really slow and out of reach. They do not give customers in-app access to the flex plans which automatically rollover meals to next month. I have to send them an email to switch to flex plans and their staff failed to assist me with that. I lost 90+ dollars last month because I thought I was on flex plans and did not use the 12 meals on the plan
4 stars: The new version isn't working. It won't start up.
4 stars: Customer service has been good whenever there are issues or disruption. Giving them five star for effort, four star for apps.
