How Does Coaching Work?

•Select a workout modality from Bike, Elliptical, Treadmill, Stair Climber, Rowing, Stretching, Bodyweight, Outdoor Running or Outdoor Walk/Jog
•Choose a workout based on coach, workout length and intensity level
•Filter your workout options by coach, duration, intensity or new workouts with the filter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the workout list screen
•Workout descriptions include coach, duration, intensity level and music selection option
•Before the workout begins, the app gives you a countdown
•During the workout, you can choose between the workout player (showing workout time, current interval, song, and audio controls) or see the entire workout interval list by tapping on the current interval at the bottom of the screen

How Does Music Work?
We’ve loaded GOLD’S AMP™ with thousands of DJ mixes across over forty music genres and we’re updating the library weekly. Mixes are randomized so even if you’re repeating your favorite workout, it’ll feel new with a fresh mix.

•Find the Music tab next to the Coaching tab at the bottom of the home screen
•The Genres tab includes different music genres and sub-genres
•The BPM control allows you to match the music’s tempo to your reps or steps per minute
•The Activities tab offers mixes specific to types of workouts
•The DJs tab lets you pick mixes from DJs you like, or find a new favorite
•The workout player allows you to skip a song within a mix, view the track list, favorite a mix and even share it
•During a workout, access the music library by tapping on the music note on the control panel
•Change your music without leaving the workout player by pressing the Fast Forward button
