5 stars: I'm so glad I found this just before the new year. They have excellent guides for varying fitness goals. Can't believe this is free. I hope it stays so! The UI is great. The trainers are truly the heart and soul of the app. I'd love a visual counter of the number of days I've worked out in a stretch. It will certainly push me back to the mat and keep me close to my resolutions. Something like Duolingo's day counter will do.
5 stars: AMAZING! An actual FREE fit app! Get a complete workout guide that's related to your goals. My sister suggested it to me and I am so glad I downloaded it. It's nice because I can't make it to the gym, and I can easily workout in my livingroom. I love the different workouts and the versatile of the workouts. Hands down the BEST work out app that's out there and it's actually FREE. Y'all are amazing!
5 stars: I dont know how they do this given that it costs nothing and is ad free but its a great app for full-length workout sessions. They have a wide variety to choose from: hiit, pilates, yoga, free weights, cardio, dance, pre/post natal, and more. From live-streams to pre-recorded, this app is awesome for free and convenient workout classes.
