4 stars: What is with back day? Shoulder, triceps, and chest get a good workout and back feels like I did nothing. Looking to mix up the routine from just pull ups. Can you guys make a better back routine? And it would also be cool if there was a mode that had band/dumbell optional exercises.
5 stars: Extremly helpful! , I've been doing arms and abs one day, then legs and back the next day twice per week and increasing the difficulty each week. Wouldn't have even started exercising had I not found this app!
