3 stars: it doesn't do anything besides give you some information a quick search would give you. it does provide links to different areas to your phone to make the recommended fixes easier, but if you've already done a search and did everything google recommends, then this app doesnt help you

5 stars: I could not install an app. Tried over and over and it wouldn't work at all. Then I found this app...then tried to install the app and it installed with no more problems. Everybody should use this app !!
