5 stars: This app is one of the informative apps. We all generally tend to do either everything all together or nothing at all. This app gives you a proper plan for 30 days, just follow it and you will see the results. P.S its just my 5th day of the 30day plan and i can see the differences.
3 stars: App is good and beneficial also. Just a suggestion for the app that the size of ad showing down is overlapping the content written, which could be irritating as we are not able to read the last line. Please adjust the size of ad or change the location.
