5 stars: This is a deck builder with an INCREDIBLE story too go along with it. The developers have crafted an immersive backstory. The writing seems like something found in a best-selling fantasy novel. Something akin to R.R. Martin. The deck-building has nuance, with different factions having different mechanics and strategy. The art is solid, not spectacular.
4 stars: Pretty solid game with fairly unique mechanics. It is somewhat F2P friendly. The main annoying thing is that the game harasses me about joining the discord every time I start a single player match and clicking accept does not work. Even if it did work that would still be bad, but because it doesn't I have no way to turn it off.
5 stars: A true freetoplay CCG with unique mechanics. Grinding is optional. You can play tournaments where you have all cards from day one. Decks and races feel unique and interesting, balance is a thing. You can't win simply by placing ONE superrare bought from shop card. Highly recommend to play and support/advertise developer, because I doubt he is getting much money with that monetization model 😔
