5 stars: I have been using this app for about 2 weeks and I must say it is AWESOME. It gives you rest time and clear instructions while you are eorkimg out. I can feel the workouts when I'm doing them so i know they are working, on top of that I have seen results... I've watched my but lift and it is more firm, I love it and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in this type of thing .
3 stars: It's a great app but I don't like the fact that I would have made a lot of progress on the days then all of a sudden I don't see the days I have completed and always save the daily training after been done. It's really frustrating and annoying. Please if there is any remedy to this effect I really need immediately. Thanks
