5 stars: It worked great till I changed internet provider. And now it will not configure to the new internet. I have done everything it says and still won't configure. HELP.. has anyone got any ideas on what I'm doing wrong..... Many thanks. I have done it had to restart and follow the instructions from scratch. Then I had to click onto my provider and Bobs Ur uncle.... We'll happy 👍👍👍👍
3 stars: Wifi instructions wouldn't work despite separating my broadband from dual bands (2.4 and 5). In the end the correct fix was to hard wire the camera to the broadband to get a connection and then switch it to wireless using the app. Works perfectly now. Be nice to see these instructions as an option to test during connection.
4 stars: The cameras are better than this app itself. I would suggest the developer to check some other generic apps for cctvs coz there are more user friendly and feature pack apps than this one. Also the multiple camera view is lacking. Only the preset function for direction feature is good. Anyway, the sricam cameras are excellent!
5 stars: Stopped working for a month, failing to connect error. Checked everything and now conecting corectly. One camera that was offline was loose power plug, now also fully working. Back to 5 ⭐ Found 4 of my cameras had old firmware, some needed 2 updates. One was already at current firmware. All updated and running fine.
3 stars: Unable to setup camera after a reset using my S10+. Under the smart wifi setting I...
