5 stars: The blue cross office is downtown, this app saves me so much time instead of showing up with my papers in hand. Such a time saver. And whoever built the app is very good at keeping it simple and most importantly, without any crashes, errors, issues. Thank you!
5 stars: This app is super convenient! Only thing I don't care for is that when there are notes added to my claim I have no idea what they mean. But otherwise I love the app. Easy to use.
4 stars: Easy to use. Get notification when they process payment/reimbursements Down side: they dont sent notification when they refuse a claim . You have to login and search all your claims to see if any were refused. It's not transparent especially when you have many claims
