3 stars: Good app but some reason the app stop syncing to google fit. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still doesnt work. It would have been nice to track my progress in one place. This is the only reason i wont rate 5 stars. The exercise is good and easy to follow.
5 stars: Awesome app for working people like me. Not much time it takes but lot of sweating. I usually never comment on any app but I can't stop myself after seeing positive changes in my attitude and confidence and also I shed some pounds in just 7 days of exercise.
5 stars: I like that the app is very user friendly, the workout routine gradually increases from a day-to-day basis and that the coaching audio works with pandora.
5 stars: you wanna loose weight and feel better...try this! after 3 days I'm already not exhausted! I don't have someone to work w me but the coaching from the app helps. I kinda wish she would say, You can do it or almost there just give 2 more...make it now encouraging. but I love it! I workout maybe a total of 20-30 min/day. I added an extra session but you could start at 6 min n work your way up!!!
5 stars: I am totally enjoying the exercises. I've got a regular routine that I incorporate dumbbells and resistance bands to enhance some of the exercises. I've just started a week ago, and I can already see results. thank you for the motivation! I love it! All of it!!!!!
