5 stars: Very good physician. Very professional. Initial response on first contact took over an hour, but I feel that's not doctor's fault...the system is faulty. (Very misleading prompts from the app system, must be rectified). Doctor's soothing \u0026 calm voice, puts patients at ease. Timely follow up by doctor to confirm progress.
5 stars: Very nice app, I took a consultantion through this app, doctor response was too good and honestly he listen to by problem, Dr. Ankur Gupta (Neurology). Over a call I got a proper resolution without visiting any hospital. It's very helpful we can get resolution from good doctors over a call. Really nice and I recommended this app (DocsApp) to my family members as well as my friends.
5 stars: This app is good. But there are several legal issues attached to it. If my information is not wrong giving consultation on phone or online is illegal unless and until it is a case of medical emergency. So even though app is good, taking or giving online consultation might lead to many serious legal matters as it would be considered as illegal. Some medicines are not delivered to your home. They don't deliver it.
5 stars: I always have believed in traditional clinic visit consultations, however, the experience with this online consultation was very satisfactory. Also, the way this application managed to get your concern clarified was amazing. I'd highly recommend this DocsApp.
