5 stars: Great app, step by step work outs, weight logs, water and stress logger, been using it two days and can feel a difference already, same effect as being at a workout class, but only in the comfort of your home. Love it. Seems 4th day is locked, so not sure what way that will work with a charge etc, but i would pay if not too expensive, as ive found the app very useful especially if your lacking motivation to begin excercising.
5 stars: Im trying to lose weight and honestly this is a good work out, its doesnt push you to hard so i think it has a perfect amount of strength at first. If you sont understand and exercise it will wxplain it to you which is another great feature. The personal trainer that help you and motivates you is great to. Over all its a great app
5 stars: Seems great so far and wonderful that it's all free so there's nothing kept from you. Ads aren't invasive at all. Great app. Wish I could link Google fit to measure my steps and link it to other health apps. BUT PLEASE STOP THE POP UP WHICH CANNOT BE STOPPED EVEN THROUGH STOPPING NOTIFICATIONS
