3 stars: Great way to keep up with what's going in with your child but I have trouble with the videos the teacher posts. They take a long time to start playing or stop part way through. I have a samsung S9 so not an old phone. I have to save video to phone to view it properly. I tried uninstalling and installing again but same problem.
4 stars: Great tool between teacher and parent however i cannot like any photos on any of my android devices. Checked today with another parent with an iPhone and theirs is fine. Why are they different? Please fix for android. I'd like to be able to interact with the app.
5 stars: Reported an issue where unable to download pictures/videos intermittently from Android. After several months the customer representative remembered I had reported the issue and followed up with me reporting issues was fixed. Felt a warm fuzzy feeling rep remembered and followed up when it was finally fixed!
3 stars: This is great! Love to be able to have interaction with class, but it takes forever for things to load and play or view. Anyone else have this problem?
5 stars: This program is awesome for communicating w my child's teacher. We have busy work/daily schedules that thru this system, I am able to ask questions and respond at our my own convenience w out missing any memos or making sure my child is behaving properly and learning. ❤ I love it.
