5 stars: Brilliant app, very useful and motivating but I'll make one humble suggestion. Could you add a 'number of pushups completed today' icon somewhere in the app. The current record, total and average are useful but it's impossible to tell exactly how many pushups you've completed in the day without getting out your calculator, taking notes of previous days tallies and subtracting those from your combined total. Thank you.
5 stars: Fantastic program for tracking your progress and improvement over time. The program also takes into account what you thought of a workout with regards difficulty so it can balance that difficulty over time. this helps you prevent burn yourself out or injuring yourself while still getting in a workout and improving over time.
5 stars: had the app before now that I'm back with it helps me a lot. I'm 60 and a retired police officer work at a courthouse in MD have to deal with the punk 20-30 year olds and staying in shape helps a lot and I can do this at the courthouse without any problems

5 stars: this app is really what I looked for. From the first start it asks you to make maximum push ups to understand your level. Then it makes a program for you. After the train it asks you how was it (hard, OK, easy) and thus it can adjust. SO, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND!
