5 stars: With the ability to combine sounds in layers, it can very very easy to zone out to. The first time I tried it, i meditated for almost an hour... and it was the very first time I had! i felt happy and energized all day because of this app. Just one thing; The loudly chanting monk sound was too sudden. only issue there. 👌
5 stars: One of my most-used Apps. I use this alongside a white noise generator and sleep ear-buds to help me to sleep. I almost always use the 'Inspiration' music as I find it totally relaxing and if there's a loop-point, I haven't found/noticed it yet.
5 stars: Some good options to customize the sounds you like. I set the timer at bedtime to make it turn off in 20 minutes... I never hear it go off becaue by then I'm asleep. Like the Autumn wind one a lot.
