3 stars: This app is great in that its convenient. I do not like their business practices. The amount of fees is ridiculous and reminds me of pizza delivery now. I have a service fee and delivery fee (Their whole business model is food delivery, it is not an added service!). Then after tipping the driver, my total order cost is usually double the cost of the actual food.
3 stars: Its alright they mess up a lot and AFTER helping you so many times they say they cant help anymore MAKE the order right. I am disabled and use some delivery app daily. So alot of orders are missing items some perfect but door dash always works with me. And are way more reliable way faster better communication. Post mates is better then grub hub. Grub hub is outrageous with there delivery fees.
5 stars: I prefer it to DoorDash; friendly, great service, quick. I will probably end up with the unlimited membership because I've had such a great experience. Good promotions, easy to use and informative app. I dig it!♥️♥️ ***UPDATE*** Had an issue that required customer support. After a slow start, they resolved the issue perfectly. I had already rated as 5 stars, this incident just confirmed it!! 😃😃
