4 stars: user error, I had to fiddle with a few settings and gold my phone pretty far away for the qr code. I think the code I was given was just to big. thank you for responding so quickly.
5 stars: It is a great app because it will allow your parents to see what you have been learning on this app you can also like things and comments I hope you agree with my reasons.
5 stars: Reported an issue where unable to download pictures/videos intermittently from Android. After several months the customer representative remembered I had reported the issue and followed up with me reporting issues was fixed. Felt a warm fuzzy feeling rep remembered and followed up when it was finally fixed!
4 stars: great way to communicate with teachers, but I'm concerned by the newest update because now it doesn't give me the option of saving the photos posted by teachers, which it did before. lost a star for that!!
5 stars: Excellent communication tool between parent \u0026 teacher, and parent \u0026 student too. We love getting timely, daily briefs from our son's special ed teacher. It's convenient, timely, effective, simple \u0026 useful ... for the teacher (we're told) as well as the parent(s)! We enthusiastically recommend this app to teachers \u0026 parents. it's just like getting a text message but with privacy for teacher \u0026 family!
