3 stars: If you get a black screen in the app or you can't get website to log in, chances are your account is not set up correctly with Shaw to access FreeRange. You will save yourself a lot of headache doing this step first. Even if you could access before your account. I wish I had known this.
4 stars: I cant download anything. there is not the option for on demand. otherwise I like the app.
3 stars: It's a good app but needs more downloads other than children shows I don't mind them but just needs more for other people to download as well

5 stars: I've used Shaw's service on my iPad and Samsung Note 4 without issues, for nearly 2 years now. So long as you have unlimited, then you're good to go. I've had it playing movies, live sports, weather, etc. I'm very happy with this. Thanks Shaw.
