4 stars: i ordered 2 times before is fine. when i want to order today for lunch, the payment credit card keeps declined. i am using the same credit card. very upset because can't order \u0026 very hungry. i try to take adventage of the $1 fest. I contacted their customer service \u0026 they replied in a resonable time. Once the app is working, it is very easy to place the order.
3 stars: It has been working really good and I enjoyed using the app until today when I placed my order, there was no option for using my Ritual credit at checkout. The same applies to my other colleagues too. So I was forced to use other form of payment even I have credits sitting in my account. There was nothing in the Help that was helpful regarding this or for me to report the issue. Please fix.
5 stars: Great APP!! Really makes it easy to get my coffee and food in the morning. I pace it when I pull into the garage and it's ready by the time I walk to my building..... no waiting!!
4 stars: Really convenient that I can order my food ahead of time for so many different places. No issues of getting my food on time. Wish some of my go-to places were on the app but that is more of a business agreement thing, not the app's fault.
5 stars: I wasn't sure we needed another food ordering app, but this UX is really good, easy to navigate and clear about order status. Pooling pickups with coworkers is an interesting social aspect.
