5 stars: Awesome! To be able to tell my aged Mom and dad what to do on their mobile screen is easier when I can see their screen. Thank you. For some reason, I am not able to take control of their screen from my MacBook Pro. EDIT: The control depends on the phone. I was not able to take control on Pixel 3. was able to take control of Moto G4 Plus.

4 stars: So far so good: connections are stable and responsive. Using mainly for file transfer to/from Windows PC -- would be great if there was a dedicated version for just this functionality.
