3 stars: It has been working really good and I enjoyed using the app until today when I placed my order, there was no option for using my Ritual credit at checkout. The same applies to my other colleagues too. So I was forced to use other form of payment even I have credits sitting in my account. There was nothing in the Help that was helpful regarding this or for me to report the issue. Please fix.
5 stars: This app is very easy to work with and it's a great tool to order ahead at work and then pickup the order quickly. The app itself is very beautifully designed and has very smooth performance. Customer service is very fast and professional. Looking forward to seeing what features are next.
5 stars: Lets you explore a large variety of food and the options on them are decent. The menus vary in prices and by recommending others you continue to build credit. Great app as I've said in February when I first started using it.
5 stars: Great APP!! Really makes it easy to get my coffee and food in the morning. I pace it when I pull into the garage and it's ready by the time I walk to my building..... no waiting!!
5 stars: I seriously love this app. I can place any order and by the time I have walked over, my food is done! The best part is the special $1.00 meal items that was offered. Hopefully, they can do it more often every few months. 🥰
4 stars: good idea for ordering ahead and ease of pick up. app needs a messaging feature for piggybacking orders. hopefull...
