4 stars: love the app. never had any issues with it. just missing some of the old menu options, but that's not the app's fault
3 stars: I used to love this app, but since about a year ago, it won't let me use delivery. update your app, maybe I'll be able to use it again. I'm not even out of delivery range. I know I only have to call to order but still, the app doesn't work for me like it should.
4 stars: I have had many good experiences with this app, but one time it kept crashing in the middle of our order processing, so we gave up and ordered a different restaurant. Turns out that the order did actually go through so we got a knock at the door we weren't expecting and basically paid for 2 meals that day.
5 stars: this app is well designed and incredibly easy to use. I usually avoid restaurant apps and would rather order over the phone or directly though the website, but DANG why was I wasting my time online when I could have been using this app?

5 stars: I order from Boston pizza atleast twice a month. they never fail me, from the food down to the delivery service ,its great!!!
