5 stars: nice appp you can even lose your weight . you should use this app in early morning and in evening. but the main problem is there are so many ads un this app . so please avoid ads than we can use app very nicely . thanks for making this app

4 stars: It got me moving and exercising. some of the lady moving is difficult to follow. Before the actual time, they should show moves in slow motion, so you know what to do properly.
