5 stars: I am an old age pensioner. but need a nudge to be motivated. This app helps this and I do not need to join a gym..So for all 70+ year olds that use technology and there are many of us....go for it if the gym membership is not for you
5 stars: I actually prefer this app over the Fitbit that I've been using for several years and it's free only problem you just got to keep your phone on you this is a great app for getting you motivated setting new goals and helping you achieve them
4 stars: I know walking is good all around exerzize. this helps me monitor my need to get out and move. i have lost 20 pounds in 3 ,months and i feel better.

5 stars: today the stepped record did not accurately record my steps I did a mile and a quarter and it only gave me 600 steps then I did the other mile and a half and it only gave me an additional 1500 unbelievable 3 miles and I didn't get the 7500 steps that I deserved I was very disappointed that it was not counting all my steps
