4 stars: Good app. Would be helpful to have the option to customize fast durations. Sometimes I do a 36 hr or 48 hr fast but this app doesn't allow you to set those. You can only add the standard protocols like 16/8 etc
5 stars: I would like to schedule a 36 hour fast but it leaves 15 minutes at the end of the day, then starts a new fast at midnight. It would be great if it could be fixed. Update: Thanks for the quick response. Works perfectly. 🙂

5 stars: it's a bit fiddly, but the custom mode works, allows you to set your own hours. it has a banner ad, but you don't have to open the app once you've set it up. Which is exactly what i was looking for.
5 stars: App stopped sending notifications even though theyre set to on. I even checked my app settings in my phone, removed it then redownload it. I rely on those notifications telling me fast is on or ended!
5 stars: I tried a handful of fasting apps for my intermittent fasting life and none of them was the right one for me. I then tried this one and it's been the one I have stuck with. It's simple yet complex in a good way. Great app. Recommended!
