5 stars: seeing and being able to try work outs that i have forgotten or even didnt think about is awesome. My muscle mass has gone way up. i love this app keeps me in check and motivates me every day with morning quotes and healthy food nutrients.

5 stars: i will just say that this app is the best gym app you can find on playstore or appstore. Some apps are slow playing the exercise video or some animated videos which i find very difficult to understand. But this app has a video in loop which looks like a gif
