3 stars: The app is great when you can access it, it shows me exactly what I am after i.e contract details, bill and is helpful managing data usage. I rated the app 3 stars as it is down on a daily basis for maintenance. Come on guys, any deployments should not interrupt customers, I shouldn't need to tell you that .
4 stars: The app is very good at allowing quick access to all that you need day to day to manage contracts and know where you are in your monthly usage etc My disappointment with Vodafone is the very poor signal in the town where I live in South Gloucestershire (GL13 9EH). If this doesn't improve I will move provider at the end of my contract.
5 stars: Ups and downs sometimes, but overall good experience using this app. Handy and full of infos. The only problem that probably all the customer support knows is that WiFi calling Phone List that seems to stagnate and doesn't get updated to support also HTC phones. But this doesn't have to do anything with this app.
3 stars: whilst this app has a good lay out and user friendly approach, the app is consistently crashing when you enter the rewards section, where I have now lost out on many offers. this app was great at the start, but now is beginning to fall short. Not very happy with this app now.
