3 stars: Would be a five but the work outs section is confusing. Do each work out edition for 4-6 weeks then move onto other ones??? There's 3 sections to desired work out you pick. Do I do no1 for 4-6 weeks then do no2 4-6 wks then no3??? Or do any of those 3 for 4-6 weeks then move onto another workout programme? I don't get it... Please explain.
5 stars: update : They reponded to my complaint and provided me with redeem code to reactivate my subscription. i paid for lifetime premium access . it worked for only couple of days then ask me to pay again !!! . i tried to reach support team through email and facebook account but they did not reply me at all. i feel so disappointed
5 stars: excellent interface. Works flawlessly. Wish it gave you more of an idea of what intensity we should be aiming for ie. 60%, 80% etc.
3 stars: Great app but the ads block some of the icons and end up having to use the tip of my fingers to tap on them. Would be a higher score but until then it sits at 3 stars.
5 stars: This app is amazing. I love the workouts. There are easy to follow and you can keep track of your weight. 100% recommend.
