5 stars: I faced a difficulty in printing the prescreption it appears as small sentenses on the upper part of prescription paper
4 stars: I'm using this app to keep track of the medical records for my family. I wish there was a place to add insurance information or picture of insurance cards, blood type, surgical history and immunization records. I do like that you can have separate profiles for different family members.

4 stars: This app is great. All it needs is a print and email function under the Medical History tab like it already has on every other tab.

5 stars: very good app. The only thing remaining to be a great app is to be cloud based so that i can open my patients files and attachments anywhere, from any device and won't consume my storage space.
