5 stars: Give me more options to interact with the community in-app and the ability to control the audio feedback within the workout and I'll be the happiest camper. Loving the Instagram account. Great start. Going to try this app for the new year!
3 stars: × Just started using this app and the Keep yoga app. I really like both since their easy to use and have very good visuals. × Unlike the Keep Yoga app however, you can't really control the levels of audio in this app (Keep fitness)? The vocals are far softer than the music playing and it makes it a bit harder to hear. × it would be nice if you guys could put the volume controls on this app like the Yoga one!
4 stars: Easy to follow work outs for all level. Annoying count down voice that grates after a while.
5 stars: It got me moving, after sitting for 7 years thats pretty impressive. It explains the workouts pretty well too and you can take an extra second to review their explanations in between exercises.
5 stars: Surprisingly good app, holds you accountable. I genuinely feel bad when I break a streak
3 stars: The app is overall neat and the workout plans are good at beginner and intermediate levels, However, The advanced workouts aren't that much challenging and are relatively easy for any advanced athlete out there.
