5 stars: The app is good, easy to use, animation for each workout are very helpful. But there is a bug in this free version: the sound notification has stopped working in the middle of a workout and the timer doesn't work correctly. Does the paid version has the same bug? Thanks. Edit: The sound and timer bugs have been fixed after today's update. Thank you! Will continue to test the free version for this week, and will upgrade to the paid version if everything goes well.
4 stars: The workouts will leave you in a puddle of sweat, for sure, but the transitions between each exercise in a circuit isn't ideal(at least in the MMA one). I ended up only doing half the exercises because I couldn't get to the floor in time for certain exercises.

5 stars: Great for someone like me. Been trying to find a good bodyweight circuit. Half way through the 1st plan. Won't lie, been difficult, but good for me. Only complaint is that part way through a circuit the audible alerts just stop and I find I am paying less attention to the exercises because I'm watching the timer... And a suggestion for the audibles; would be great to also have a 5 second alert before the start of the next exercise. As well, would be great to be able to substitute exercises in a plan. For example, day 3 of the beginner circuit calls for pull ups. Doing this plan at home, I don't have anywhere to be able to do pull ups
