3 stars: I haven't had this app long but I really like the concept and I am looking \nforward to following the exercise program and seeing how it helps my \nmobility. I do wish that I could connect my fitbit to it to track my \nactivity. I don't feel like google fit is very accurate because I don't \nalways carry my phone everywhere I go.
