5 stars: I haven't set my watch up all the way so I think some things (caloric usage) might be off. But other than that it feels very easy to save workouts and view them and track things. I feel most watches do relatively the same things but this app especially makes it easy to view days and compare them.
3 stars: I've had my watch for a couple of years, and the app has definitely improved. It provides very well displayed information and the watch seems to provide consistent data. Sleep tracking accuracy is poor, because it only senses low levels of movement from high. Got up 10 times in the middle of the night? Not registered. Watched TV? Sleep.
