5 stars: I wasn't sure about this app; however, I truly appreciate that it shows you what the exercise is suppose to look like. It's not an intense 30 minute workout. It's only 7 minutes at 30 second intervals. Great for beginners. I also love the timer. I don't have to switch out of the app to use the timer on my phone. 5 stars I would like to be able to sink with Google Fit.
5 stars: I mean I love it. Im really dedicated to getting back in shape and getting fit again so this app is amazing in all honesty. I just tried my first 7 minute trial and it got a lil tough at the end only because Im out of shape. But I pushed through and I did it, so that 100+ for me.
