3 stars: It's finally acceptable. Rarely I lose data anymore. Three possible improvements: I cannot add a new config to a company. Resource status does not show up, we use tentative status for unconfirmed appointments but in the mobile app they appear the same as firm appointments. All scheduled tasks have same icon, it would be useful for on-site to have an icon different from remote, like the desktop app does. Parity with the desktop app in general would improve the product.
4 stars: Very useful application. Would like to see some kind of option for notification of tickets/appointments when they are due.
4 stars: Would be perfect if I could view quotes via mobile app! There is no quosal app or other apps I can find to view via apps and web client is not working on my chrome app :(

3 stars: Great for putting time in, otherwise missing a lot of features from the web version. Inability to see the project or service board to manage tickets is a big one.
3 stars: The barcode scanner is unusable. It doesn't ready many barcode formats and is quick to return a code when nothing is showing. Just now I scanned grass and literally less than a second later it returned a number. This would be forgivable if the app was free with a server license, but how can you charge additional cost and have an inferior product.?
