Once installed it channels you to install the Amber Weather Widget&Forecast app and once that's installed you need to purchase the Space Home theme from it for $1.99 to actually have the widget you see listed as Space Style Cool Widget. That said, if you buy the widget through Amber Weather Widget&Forecast you get a pretty cool widget that looks and works as this listing claims.
