4 stars: Streamline process to checkout. Somehow the cart in this app does not sync with the Sears website cart. Descriptions for products seem less complete than on the site.
3 stars: The check out was difficult to use. I was supposed to have $5 credit for downloading the app but there was never a way to enter or see that credit. Plus entering payment info took several attempts.

3 stars: The product comparison feature would be nice to have, and for the clothing I was looking for, there was no way to search by size, or select a specific size once you found the right style. Much more cumbersome and show than shopping on Amazon's app.
4 stars: Good app, but could be better!! Some product information fields have incomplete information, and it does not automatically sync to your closest store when you log in. Also was unable to pull up details of my in store order. Minor issues, but Sears needs to be impeccable with the online ordering process ...
