3 stars: I would of rated it 5 stars, but my very 1st order was an hour later then what the estimated time said. My food was also very cold which I took a few bites and threw away. Gonna stick with Uber Eats.
5 stars: Door Dash has been very helpful for me when I accidentally made a mistake when ordering from the wrong location. The customer service agent Lesly cancelled the wrong order and credited my account. What more can I ask for. Perfect service!
3 stars: The last three orders we have placed have come to us completely messed up even though we add detailed information. Not sure where the confusion is coming from. If you call the restaurant they will say it is a door dash problem. If you ask door dash they say it is the restaurant at fault. It sucks, they have so many more options, but honestly Uber Eats is so much easier.
5 stars: Love the service. Please tip your Dasher with CASH. DoorDash keeps most of the tip that is given through the app. Tipping w/cash is the only way to ensure your delivery driver receives the tip you feel she/he deserves. Enjoy DoorDash while you can...it's only a matter of time before the drivers revolt against the new "Pay Model" DoorDash uses and bring a Class Action Lawsuit against DoorDash for stealing tips from the Delivery Drivers. Again Love the app, Love the service. Please tip Cash.
