4 stars: I love having an actual Canadian news app! I don't mind the ads, I don't care how flashy the interface is. It's news, it does what it's supposed to. The only thing that keeps it at 4 stars for me is that it takes 2 screens to get to the full article. When tapping a headline, it should take you to the full article, not a synopsis that repeats the main page. Other than that, good work.
5 stars: It's a brilliant and powerful app. Great collection of sources. It's been 3 days using it. Two things though - one, need the interface to look more modern. Right now it looks very basic. It's brilliant functionally but the visual appeal isn't very high. Also the icon. Maybe a flat icon with the Canadian flag in flat. Similarly the icons for the news sources could be of a higher quality. These ones pixelate in grid view. I mean it's a Great app and I love using it. And I usually prefer using more minimalist and modern looking interface. You do that and the app is perfect. Second, the ads a bit annoying. Could you guys please release a paid version (reasonably priced) too, to get rid of the ads?
5 stars: All the news that I want is at my finger tips. Don't need to waste any more time searching cuz its all there. Gr8 App
5 stars: First downloaded this app several months ago but deleted because some feeds didn't seem to update and some were without news at all. Reinstalled today and found more news feeds and all but one were working. Keep up the good work!
